We had been focused on a mating pair of lions who were on top of the Semmetu kopjes, when Bob Jnr, a famed lion in the Serengeti, appeared from stage left in a gap in the rocks. He stopped to look out at the savannah in front of him. I quickly pivoted to take a couple of shots of this majestic lion before he disappeared again.
