Whilst on the lookout for lions & leopards one blazing hot afternoon we came across a small group of elephants at a waterhole quietly drinking.
Then suddenly there was an explosion of activity as the two bigger elephants on the outside jostled the smaller elephant in the middle. I fired off a burst of shots & this is my favourite image of this dynamic encounter, also helped by some amazing cloud formations in the background.
This proved to me that you must be ready for anything & also have the right lens for the job. It’s my favourite photograph of Elephants.
