The Full Story Behind The Photo

We spotted the Gol Pride early one morning as they were making the way across the plains towards the kopjes. At first came the lionesses and cubs, 11 lions in total. Then followed the two males. We followed them to see where they would go. One brother disappeared into one of the bushes at the base of one of the kopjes. Luckliy, the other brother was more obliging, walking up one of the kopjes, before stopping momentarily and looking towards us. Moments like these don’t come often , so to be able to capture this was a perfect Serengeti moment.
